In this precarious, destabilizing time, when we’re resisting fascism and working to build a more just world we need to know how to work together, how to walk our values, and how to care for each other. This book is a clear, compassionate guide for how we create organizations that can do that.
It’s for consultants, facilitators, organizational leaders, change agents, and educators—anyone looking to lead organizations and change efforts with heart, with values rooted in justice, with commitment to racial justice, and with love.

Community Consulting Services: A Word From Wendy Krom
Back in the Spring (March 9), I was blessed to attend the Book Launch Party for Ora Grodsky’s new book, Justice, Love, and Organizational Healing: A Guide to Transformational Consulting.
What struck me about this event – as well as the book itself—was community! I’ve known Ora since the 1990’s, when we were both working a lot with young people in leadership development.
